Valorisatie (1)

Valorisation

Scientists at TU Delft collaborate with specialists from around the world to create solutions that can have a huge impact on society. The success of this knowledge valorisation largely depends on the efforts and performance of the university’s academic staff. Valorisation has developed in recent years and is now TU Delft’s fully-fledged third core task. We make the technological knowledge useable for economic and societal goals enabling a translation into commercial products, services, processes and new companies. This is very visible in the development of Technopolis that is home to an increasing number of companies that enter into collaboration with TU Delft and other companies on campus.

Objectives

  • Creating an appealing investment climate for companies
  • Stimulating cooperation with companies on campus and between companies
  • Continuity for TU Delft
