Veilige en efficiente campus (1)

Safe and efficient campus

TU Delft aims to create top-flight facilities. This also applies to its buildings. Furthermore, it wishes to achieve the more efficient utilisation of the surface area available. TU Delft intends to convert or divest itself of buildings that no longer meet its quality and sustainability requirements. Whereas faculties currently still often have their own individual facilities, the future situation will make educational facilities and study spaces available to all the faculties. The university also puts a great deal of time, energy and funds into maintaining safety levels in buildings, at facilities and sites, but naturally also wishes to guarantee student, visitor and staff safety.

Objectives

  • Reducing the m² footprint per person
  • Decrease in accommodation costs (NEN 2748) per m²
